If you cancel the agreement up to 6 weeks before the start date of the rental period, you will still owe 25% of the rental price. If you cancel up to 4 weeks before the start date, this is 50%. If you inform us that you will no longer use the rented property from 2 weeks up to the start date of the rental period, or during the rental period, you will still owe the full rental price.

We have certainly taken our guests with reduced mobility into account. Many of our apartments are wheelchair accessible, but the apartments themselves are not fully adapted for wheelchair use, particularly with regard to bathrooms and other supporting facilities.
